Kingsgate offers a mixture of comfortably furnished single and double rooms catering for single residents and married/family couples alike.

The majority of rooms have en-suite facilities and each room is unique in decoration and furnishings, providing an individual identity for each resident to enjoy.

The daily care programme is organised as a response to residents' individual and combined needs. Meal times are set, and residents can arrange to have their meals in their own rooms or in the dining hall.

The social interests and activities of residents are of enormous importance, and at Kingsgate we take great trouble to ensure that these needs are met.

Contact with friends and relatives is actively encouraged - social independence is enormously important - and we welcome visitors to the home. We also have a dedicated residents e-mail link (see 'contact us' page) which enables family and friends to drop a quick e-mail to any of our residents at any time. They can even send a picture!

Kingsgate's communal areas include a sunny garden room, two television rooms, a quiet sitting room and outside seating in our quadrangle paved garden and fringes.
