The home is situated in a row of Victorian houses, large in design and layout, typical of the period for a Norfolk seaside town. Both the town centre and beach are within five minutes walk. Private transport services are available to residents who wish to go out locally.
Kingsgate has been converted from three adjoining houses, set over three floors. A lift is located in the centre of the building and a variety of sitting rooms plus a large dining hall compliment the layout. A south facing rear garden is enjoyed by many residents, with paved seating areas and well maintained gardens.
